Q1. What's your main products?
A: We mainly produce all kind of gift boxes, corrugated boxes ,promotional paper bags, paper card ,carton box white packaging box, catalogue & magazine, brochures, adhesive label and related paper.

Q3. Could you do design for us ?
A: Yes, if necessary, we will design according to the customer's requirements and strive to meet the customer's requirements. (The design is relatively subjective and may require us to communicate more to achieve the best results.)
Q4. What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?
A: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF ,either is the best .
Q5. Can I get a FREE sample ?
A: YES! We can proivide paper box samples with our digital sample machine which color can match 80% as the actual printing machine, with custom paper and design and cutting .
But we required client to take responsible for the express fee. But if you have to get actual sample which using printing machine like production, we have to charge sample fee which is around USD50 to USD100 without express fee. But sample fee can be refunded if order is big enough.
Q6. How Can I arrange shipment ?
A: 1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder, give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2) If you don't have required shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port so that I can give you quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have headache even you have no experience in it, and our marketing team will give you professional advice in shipping , we can give you air freight cost with delivery time and sea freight cost with delivery time.

1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Preformed Invoice, customer makes the payment for deposit.
4. making the samples, and send you customer the photos or Samples to get your approval.
5. we arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your Production in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.
8. Clients make payment for the balance and we Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with you.
